Consider your life experiences: Think about the people and events that have shaped your worldview and how they have influenced your values.
You at your best: What was present when you were feeling at your best, what were you doing, how did it feel?
Look to role models: Identify people you admire and consider their values.
Shortlist 5-6 values: Which ones are non-negotiable? Do any repeat or feel similar? Perhaps some don’t need listing. Write 5-6 values on a Post-it note, keep it somewhere visible.
